You’ll love creating these quick hot porridge oats, you can start each day with a different flavour combination, so you’ll never tire of breakfast. The choices are endless and you’re guaranteed to feel full until lunchtime. Not only are these jars delicious, they’re also gluten free, dairy free, vegan and time saving, what’s not to love. These can also be made into overnight oats if you wish.

To prepare ingredients in advance
gluten free porridge oats
I used Delicious Alchemy Porridge Oats
heaped1tbsp flaked almonds, heaped
or other milk options.
Just take your dry ingredients and add to the jar. Screw lid tightly and pop into your breakfast cupboard. That’s it until you want instant hot porridge oats.
When you’re ready to eat simply heat the milk or milk alternative in a microwave for 1min 40sec (assuming you have a 900W microwave).
Pour hot milk into a jar of your choice and replace the lid for 10mins.
After 10mins give the porridge a stir and eat from the jar.
