Why talk about Autism on a recipe blog? Here at Glutarama we're not just about recipes, it's what goes on behind the scenes that counts too. This category covers autism because it's a huge part of our lives.

My son Lewis was diagnosed with High Functioning Autism at the age of 10 and not a moment too soon. More recently my daughter Bethany was also diagnosed with High Functioning Autism and she has her own corner of this blog where she talks about her experiences as a teenager with autism.
